Aeronautical industrial site including an underground production plant (not open to visitors), a concrete assembly plant and a flight path. In 1940, these facilities were designed to produce the average LeO 45 bomber… Under occupation, the site was set up by the Germans to house a Focke-Wulf Fw190 fighter repair shop. At the Liberation, the French recovered a very large stock of spare parts and relaunched the assembly of the Fw190 under the French name AACr 6 (Atelier aéronautique de Cravant) then NC 900, in April 1945, with the inclusion of the factory by SNCAC (Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques du Centre).
