Departing from the Porte Marie de Bourgogne, the guided tour takes you through the Roman history through the funerary steles of the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts. It then takes you to the Basilica of Our Lady, the heart of the city in Roman times. It is then about the influence of ancient architecture on the building, Romanesque art in general and the origin of the term «Romanesque». The Renaissance, finally, is evoked in front of the tomb of Canon Loysel.

Installed(Settled) in the old(former) Hotel of the Dukes of Bourgogne, the museum of the Wine is entirely devoted in the wine-making Bourgogne. The museum relates the history(story) of the Burgundian vineyard across centuries and also that of men(people) who manufacture the country(soil) of the region at the origin of a cultural heritage and of the all over the world recognised wines. The ethnographic collections and the decorative objects reveal this regional singularity. Not to be lacking: very beautiful tapestries, The Wine (1947) by Jean Lurçat and put together(combined) Vineyards(Vines) (1967) by Michel Tourlière, without forgetting presses the from XVIth century till XIXth century.
