Visitors will be able to learn (by watching or participating) the traditional technique of mounting dry stone walls (without binder) with the members and adehrantes of the association who will share their know-how during a day of collective work of restaurant old retaining walls of the orchards and vineyards of the former Priory . Guided tours of the site lasting 1h to 1h 30 will be organized (departure at 10:30 and 14:30 ). Provide shoes suitable for walking on trails and in meadows.
