Built in 1848, the Ancien Hôpital is home to a historic site. This architectural complex is surrounded by a remarkable park. The hospital has evolved over the centuries and now extends beyond the walls to Bassens and the entire Savoyard department.
Free visits of the park and the classified rooms (former Supervisory Board room and Apothecary).
On the same day, artistic performances are also offered from 13:30 to 16:30 in the hospital park by the Naranjazul company, as well as a piano voice recital at 17:00 by the Pays de Savoie orchestra. On Sunday 18 September, continue the discovery of the hospital’s heritage with a visit to the Bressieux Farm, the former Hospital Subsistence Farm, from 11:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:00.
