The domain of Avrilly consists of different buildings(ships): the castle with both faces, detached house(flag)-hall of the XVIIth century, orangery, dependences(outbuildings) and detached houses(flags) of entrance(entry) dating the XIXth century. The most old(former) facade, of the XVth century, turned(shot) inside the park, is representative of an architecture in medieval influence, strengthened, with bartizans, foothills and drawbridge. The Detached house(Flag)-Hall was built in the XVIIth century, by François Garnier, adviser(councillor) of Louis XIII. His(Her,Its) coat of arms and his(her, its) figure are seen there. The facade the most recent date of the end of the XIXth century. Imposing and majuestueuse, she(it) entices and intrigues the visitor. She(It) is a member(part) of big work of transformation(processing) that the domain knew at that time with the creation of the park, staves(moats), ponds, detached houses(flags) of entrance(entry), railings(bars) and dependences(outbuildings). Parks and gardens of the domain of Avrilly, of an area of 100ha, drawn by Achilles Derchene, offer a multitude of atmospheres, both by vegetation and by variety of the rooms(parts, plays) of water.
