Das Theater-Casino wurde am Rande des Thermalparks an der Stelle eines ersten Theaters des Architekten Albert Le Voisvenel erbaut und wurde 1909 eröffnet. Der Architekt und Innenarchitekt Édouard-Jean Niermans hat die Fläche des vorherigen Gebäudes verdoppelt und die Einrichtung des Saals in italienischer Sprache umsetzen lassen. Die Restaurierung des Theaters brachte der Stadt Châtel-Guyon den Sonderpreis Dynamisme territorial des Rubans du Patrimoine ein.
