Built on the edge of the spa park, on the site of a first theatre by architect Albert Le Voisvenel, the Théâtre-Casino opened its doors in 1909. The architect and decorator Édouard-Jean Niermans doubled the surface of the previous establishment and had the decoration of the Italian room done.
