A remarkable 19th-century architectural building located near the Lecoq Garden, it retains some of Chazerat’s (1770-1789) furniture in the reception rooms. The visits will be provided by high school students of the Academy of Clermont-Ferrand as part of the «one-day guide» action.

We invite you to discover the former "Palace of the University" which today houses the rectorate of the Academy of Clermont-Ferrand. A remarkable 19th-century architectural building, located between the main courtyard and the Lecoq garden, it retains part of the furniture of Intendant Chazerat (1770-1789) in the reception rooms. The visitor will have access to various spaces, including the Rector’s office.
