Founded in Paris in 1892, the famous confectionery Pierrot Gourmand moved to Ivry in 1917. A photographer is responsible for taking pictures inside the factory. His photographs show the entire production chain, from the storage of raw materials to deliveries, through manufacturing and packaging.
