project "Lab' Oc - the laboratory of heritage" is an innovative module of presentation(display) imagined by the Federal University of Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées.
He(It) resumes(takes back) museographic codes with a speech, a stage design, a mediation and objects of the scientific collections.
Play and full of life via a human mediation, he allows an interdisciplinary approach of the Canal du Midi by tackling(approaching) scientific domains as physics, hydraulics, fluid mechanics, history(story), architecture, town planning, botany and zoology...
§ Panels(Signs) and cartels introduce themes and lean on documents resources coming from university bottoms ((iconography, works, stories, articles).
§ The interactive device(plan) of virtual reality - type Oculus Rift - gives access to a virtual museum with manifold pedagogic contents:

• modelling 3D of an instrument to understand(include) principle
• multimedia animations of an experimentation, of a narrative, of the history(story) of an object...
• archives images, account returned by research(search), plans, work of engineering with drawings
  § In shop windows(showcases), elements of university scientific heritage (instrumental, botanical, zoological collections), come rest(support) the speech of the device(plan) of virtual reality.
  Undergraduates and in Master's degree in the field of computing and of Communication formed and applied knowledge acquired through the realisation of this tool of promotion(valuation) of university heritage.
