Presentation(Display) of works of the apprentices coming from the regiment of Service Volunteer de Montigny-Lès-Metz

For European Heritage Days, two schools will be associated with the Palace and will present their works.

As part of themes: "The art of division(sharing)", apprentices coming from the regiment of Service Volunteer de Montigny-Lès-Metz will expose(explain) their works.
The embellishment of gardens realised as part of a horticultural professional training in the Local Agricultural Public institution of Education(Teaching) and of Professional training of Courcelles-Chaussy will be presented.
And will be exposed(explained) of the original works of metalwork, joinery(joiner's workshop), painting(paint), masonry and thermal and sanitary installation, as part of professional training in jobs(businesses) by BTP in the centre of Training(Formation) of Apprentices BTP of Montigny-Lès-Metz.

The palace of the Governor, conscript in the past General-Kommando, is a residence built in Metz, between 1902 and 1905, to serve as pied-a-terre to the emperor Guillaume II. It is located small public garden Giraud in the southwest of the district of Metz-Centre, but rest historically bound(connected) to the imperial district further east. The Palace is registered on the additional inventory of historic monuments since 1975.
