The garden level of the Hotel of the Prefecture of Vosges will be open to the public on the occasion of European Heritage Days.
Visits, exclusively guided, will take place:

on Saturday, September 15th at 14 h 15 and 15 h 15
on Sunday, September 16th at 14 h 15, 15 h 15 and 16 h 15
The entrance(entry) is free, but a preliminary reservation is compulsory, as well as the presentation(display) of an identification document to reach the site.
Unique(Only) access by the Main courtyard located in 2, street of the Prefecture.

The ground floor of the hotel of the prefecture is compound(made up) of a reception hall, hall of a lounge(show) of honour, of a library(bookcase), of an official room(chamber) and a dining room. Lounges(Shows) are accessible(approachable) to the people with reduced mobility.
In 1825 begin the construction of the hotel of the Prefecture according to the plans of the departmental architect Grillot, in his current location. Raisings and extensions will be realised from 1851 with in particular the extension of wings. The construction of the buildings(ships) of the street of the Prefecture from 1905, as well as the acquisition of buildings streets Gambetta and Sadi-Carnot more recently, give to the prefectural hotel its current architectural layout(organisation).
