The young bassist Florentin Ginot has worked closely with several figures of musical creation such as Georges Aperghis, Rebecca Saunders, and Sebastian Rivas. Not Here is a body to body with a massive and versatile instrument, but also an idea of space and of light, an installation in an architecture of venues via four platforms. Creations for doublebass, speech, and electronics are combined with transcriptions towards the bass, works by Helmut Lachenmann and György Kurtág.

Le jeune contrebassiste Florentin Ginot a étroitement collaboré avec plusieurs personnalités de la création musicale comme Georges Aperghis, Rebecca Saunders ou Sebastian Rivas. Not Here est un corps à corps avec un instrument massif et versatile, mais aussi une conception de l’espace et de la lumière, une installation dans l’architecture des lieux par le biais de quatre plateformes. Aux créations pour contrebasse, paroles et électronique, se mêlent des transcriptions vers les graves d’œuvres de Helmut Lachenmann et de György Kurtág.
