Im Jahr 2018 haben die Grands Moulins de Corbeil, eine der wichtigsten Mühlen Frankreichs, deren Geschichte in das Mittelalter zurückreicht, einen radikalen Wandel eingeleitet. Im Westen, im Schatten des Weizenhebeturms, der zum Symbol der Stadt geworden ist, erhebt sich nun eine moderne Mühle der Generation 4.0. Im Osten ist die älteste Stätte mit einem außergewöhnlichen Erbe außer Betrieb. Während 6 Monaten werden wertvolle Zeugnisse gesammelt, die es ermöglichen, die Berufe und Techniken der Müllerei, die wichtigsten Umstrukturierungen der Mühle, die Entwicklung des Sektors und die Beziehung jedes Einzelnen zu seinem Arbeitsmittel kennenzulernen.

In 2018, the Grands Moulins de Corbeil, one of the most important flour mills in France with a history rooted in the Middle Ages, began a radical transformation. To the west, in the shadow of the wheat elevator tower that has become the symbol of the city, now stands a modern 4.0 mill. In the East, the oldest site with exceptional heritage ceases its activity. For 6 months, valuable testimonies are collected and allow to discover the trades and techniques of milling, the main restructurings of the mill, the evolution of the sector and the relationship of each to his work tool.

Nel 2018, i Grands Moulins di Corbeil, uno dei più importanti mulini a vento della Francia la cui storia affonda le sue radici nel Medioevo, hanno avviato una trasformazione radicale. Ad ovest, all'ombra della torre elevatrice del grano diventata il simbolo della città, si erge ora un mulino moderno di generazione 4.0. Ad est, il sito più antico con un patrimonio eccezionale cessa la sua attività. Per 6 mesi, vengono raccolte preziose testimonianze che permettono di scoprire i mestieri e le tecniche della macinazione, le principali ristrutturazioni del mulino, l'evoluzione del settore e il rapporto di ciascuno con il proprio strumento di lavoro.

En 2018, les Grands Moulins de Corbeil, l’une des plus importantes minoteries de France dont l’histoire plonge ses racines dans le Moyen-Age, ont amorcé une mutation radicale. A l’Ouest, à l’ombre de la tour élévatrice des blés devenue le symbole de la ville, s’élève désormais un moulin moderne de génération 4.0. A l’Est, le site le plus ancien au patrimoine exceptionnel cesse son activité. Pendant 6 mois, de précieux témoignages sont collectés et permettent de découvrir les métiers et techniques de la meunerie, les principales restructurations du moulin, l’évolution du secteur et la relation de chacun à son outil de travail.

En 2018, los Grands Moulins de Corbeil, uno de los molinos más importantes de Francia cuya historia se remonta a la Edad Media, iniciaron una transformación radical. Al oeste, a la sombra de la torre elevadora de trigo que se ha convertido en el símbolo de la ciudad, se encuentra ahora un molino moderno de generación 4.0. Al este, el sitio más antiguo con un patrimonio excepcional deja de funcionar. Durante 6 meses, se recogen testimonios valiosos que permiten descubrir los oficios y técnicas de la molinería, las principales reestructuraciones del molino, la evolución del sector y la relación de cada uno con su herramienta de trabajo.
