Cosma Architecture, eine Agentur aus Toulouse, die auf bioklimatische Architektur, Restaurierung des kulturellen Erbes und Ökobau spezialisiert ist, bietet im Rahmen des Monats der Architektur 2026 einen Baustellenbesuch an. Die Agentur bevorzugt einen Ansatz, der auf der Aufwertung der vorhandenen Ressourcen einer Baustelle - alte Gebäude, Materialien, Klima, lokales Know-how - beruht, anstatt auf berichteten technischen Lösungen.
Die Baustelle befindet sich in Pont Bourguet, am Fuße des befestigten Dorfes Puycelsi (Tarn), in der Nähe von Pont Bourguet und dem Schloss Bourguet.
Das Projekt rehabilitiert einen ehemaligen Stall und Tabaktrockner sowie das Reihenhaus zu einer Hauptwohnung mit fünf Gästezimmern, ohne Erweiterung oder Umbau. Das Gebäude liegt im Bereich des bemerkenswerten Kulturerbes von Puycelsi und Larroque und wurde vom Architekten der französischen Gebäude mit genauen Vorschriften für das Dach, die Mauerwerk und die Tischlerarbeiten genehmigt.
Dieser Besuch wird es ermöglichen, folgende Themen zu behandeln:
der gewählte Sparsamkeitsansatz: Wiederverwendung von Materialien und Bauvolumen, Restaurierung des Holzgerüsts und der bestehenden Steinmauerwerke;
die von Anfang an integrierten bioklimatischen Gestaltungsprinzipien: Orientierung, Sonnenschutz, Nachtbelüftung, Trägheit der alten Wände;
das System der autonomen Sanierung durch Pflanzenreinigung, angepasst an ein steil abfallendes Gelände, das nicht an die Netze angeschlossen ist.
Die Agentur wird das Projekt vom aktuellen Stand bis zu den ausgewählten konstruktiven Entscheidungen vorstellen und vor Ort auf die Fragen der Teilnehmer antworten.

Cosma Architecture, a Toulouse-based agency specializing in bioclimatic architecture, heritage rehabilitation, and eco-construction, is offering a site visit as part of the 2026 Architecture Month. The agency favors an approach based on the enhancement of existing resources of a site—old buildings, materials, climate, local know-how—rather than on reported technical solutions.
The construction site is located in Pont Bourguet, at the foot of the fortified village of Puycelsi (Tarn), near the Pont Bourguet and the Château de Bourguet.
The project rehabilitates an old stable and tobacco kiln, as well as the adjoining house, into a main residence of five guest rooms, without extension or reconstruction. Located within the perimeter of the Remarkable Heritage Site of Puycelsi and Larroque, it has been approved by the Architect of Buildings of France with specific requirements on roofing, masonry and woodwork.
This visit will address:
the chosen frugality approach: reuse of materials and built volumes, restoration of existing timber framework and stone masonry;
the principles of bioclimatic design integrated from the drawing stage: orientation, solar shading, night ventilation, inertia of old walls;
the autonomous sanitation device by phyto-purification, adapted to a terrain in strong slope not connected to the networks.
The agency will present the project, from the existing state to the constructive choices made, and will answer questions from participants on site.

Cosma Architecture, agenzia di Tolosa specializzata in architettura bioclimatica, riabilitazione del patrimonio e ecocostruzione, propone una visita al cantiere nell'ambito del Mese dell'architettura 2026. L'agenzia privilegia un approccio basato sulla valorizzazione delle risorse esistenti di un sito - edifici antichi, materiali, clima, know-how locale - piuttosto che su soluzioni tecniche riportate.
Il cantiere si trova a Pont Bourguet, ai piedi del villaggio fortificato di Puycelsi (Tarn), vicino al Pont Bourguet e al castello di Bourguet.
Il progetto riabilita una vecchia scuderia e essiccatore di tabacco, così come la casa a schiera, in una residenza principale di cinque camere d'ospite, senza estensione o ricostruzione. Situato all'interno del sito storico di Puycelsi e Larroque, è stato oggetto di un accordo dell'Architetto degli Edifici di Francia con prescrizioni precise per il tetto, le murature e i serramenti.
Questa visita permetterà di affrontare:
l'approccio di frugalità adottato: riutilizzo dei materiali e dei volumi costruiti, restauro della struttura in legno e delle murature esistenti;
i principi di progettazione bioclimatica integrati fin dallo schizzo: orientamento, protezioni solari, ventilazione notturna, inerzia delle mura antiche;
il dispositivo di risanamento autonomo mediante fitodepurazione, adattato a un terreno in forte pendenza non collegato alle reti.
L'agenzia presenterà il progetto, dallo stato attuale alle scelte costruttive adottate, e risponderà in loco alle domande dei partecipanti.

Cosma Architecture, agencia de Toulouse especializada en arquitectura bioclimática, rehabilitación del patrimonio y ecoconstrucción, propone una visita a la obra como parte del Mes de la Arquitectura 2026. La agencia prefiere un enfoque basado en la valorización de los recursos existentes de un sitio -edificios antiguos, materiales, clima, conocimientos locales- más que en soluciones técnicas comunicadas.
La obra se encuentra en Pont Bourguet, al pie del pueblo fortificado de Puycelsi (Tarn), cerca del puente Bourguet y el castillo de Bourguet.
El proyecto rehabilita un antiguo establo y secadora de tabaco, así como la casa adosada, en una residencia principal de cinco habitaciones de huéspedes, sin ampliación ni reconstrucción. Situado en el perímetro del Sitio Patrimonial Notable de Puycelsi y Larroque, ha sido objeto de un acuerdo del Arquitecto de los Edificios de Francia acompañado de prescripciones precisas sobre la cubierta, las mamposterías y las carpinterías.
Esta visita permitirá abordar:
el enfoque de frugalidad adoptado: reutilización de los materiales y volúmenes construidos, restauración de la estructura de madera y de las mamposterías existentes;
los principios de diseño bioclimático integrados desde el esbozo: orientación, protecciones solares, ventilación nocturna, inercia de las antiguas paredes;
el dispositivo de saneamiento autónomo mediante fitodepuración, adaptado a un terreno en fuerte pendiente no conectado a las redes.
La agencia presentará el proyecto, desde el estado existente hasta las opciones constructivas elegidas, y responderá a las preguntas de los participantes in situ.
