Das Theater ist eine Darstellungsform, die bis in die Antike zurückreicht. In Apt wurde die römische Stadt von der modernen Stadt bedeckt, und ihr Theater, obwohl fast so groß wie das von Orange, ist nur noch ein Gespenst. Aber einige Überreste sind in den Kellern des ehemaligen Museums für Geschichte und Archäologie erhalten geblieben, die Ihnen ausnahmsweise geöffnet sein werden. A Apt, la città romana è stata ricoperta dalla città moderna e il suo teatro, pur essendo grande quasi quanto quello di Orange, non è più che un fantasma.
