Die Nationale und Universitäre Bibliothek (Bnu) und die Fondation René Cassin - Institut international des droits de l'homme in Partnerschaft mit The King Center (Atlanta) und REAL EXPO (Frankreich), präsentieren die Ausstellung "Martin Luther King - Recht auf Freiheit", vom 18. September 2026 bis zum 17. Januar 2027.
Eine außergewöhnliche Ausstellung, die zum ersten Mal in Frankreich gezeigt wurde.
Initiiert vom Nobelpreisträgermuseum in Stockholm, wird die Ausstellung von Ashley Woods in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bernice A. King, der Tochter von Martin Luther King und CEO des King Center, kuratiert, die die Ausstellung als "die umfassendste, die je über meinen Vater gemacht wurde" beschreibt.
Laut dem Kurator der Ausstellung, Ashley Woods: Diese Ausstellung soll den Kampf und die Erfolge von Martin Luther King beleuchten. Sie wirft auch Fragen über unsere grundlegenden Rechte auf. Sie möchte das Denken, Diskutieren und Handeln fördern."
Eine immersive Reise durch die Geschichte und Aktualität der Menschenrechte.
Die Ausstellung versetzt den Besucher in das Herz der Bürgerrechtsbewegung der Afroamerikaner der 1950er- bis 1960er-Jahre und in die gewaltlose Vision und das Engagement von Martin Luther King für Gleichheit und soziale Gerechtigkeit mit zahlreichen historischen Dokumenten, Fotografien, Objekten, Musik, Fernseharchive und exklusive Interviews. Ein interaktives Programm, "Dream Builder - the Dream Builder", lädt die Öffentlichkeit dazu ein, sich über Grundrechte zu informieren und aktiv zu werden.
Die Herausforderungen, mit denen Martin Luther King konfrontiert ist, und insbesondere sein Ideal der Menschenrechte und sozialen Gerechtigkeit für alle, sind heute aktueller denn je. Treffen Sie sich am 18. September in der Bnu, um die Ausstellung zu entdecken.

The National and University Library (BNU) and the René Cassin Foundation – International Institute of Human Rights in partnership with The King Center (Atlanta) and REAL EXPO (France), present the exhibition "Martin Luther King – Right to Freedom", from September 18, 2026 to January 17, 2027.
An exceptional exhibition presented for the first time in France.
Initiated by the Nobel Prize Museum in Stockholm, the exhibition is curated by Ashley Woods in close collaboration with Bernice A. King, daughter of Martin Luther King and CEO of the King Center, who describes the exhibition as "the most complete ever done on my father".
According to curator Ashley Woods, "The purpose of this exhibition is to highlight the struggle and achievements of Martin Luther King. It also raises questions about our fundamental rights. She wants to encourage thought, discussion and action.”
An immersive journey through the history and current events of human rights.
The exhibition plunges the visitor into the heart of the African-American civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s, and into Martin Luther King’s non-violent vision and commitment to equality and social justice through numerous historical documents, photographs, objects, music, television archives and exclusive interviews. An interactive device, "Dream Builder" invites the public to question fundamental rights and engage in reflection and action.

Una mostra eccezionale presentata per la prima volta in Francia.
Creata dal Museo del Premio Nobel di Stoccolma, la mostra è curata da Ashley Woods in stretta collaborazione con Bernice A. King, figlia di Martin Luther King e CEO del King Center, che descrive l'esposizione come "la più completa mai realizzata su mio padre".
