Das Mandet-Museum widmet seine Ausstellung 2026 Émilie Lemardeley, einer Künstlerin und Designerin, deren Werk sich an der Grenze zwischen dem Sichtbaren und dem Schwingungsvollen befindet.
Diese Ausstellung versammelt ein neuartiges Ensemble von Stücken aus Blasglas und Bronze, zwei Materialien, die der Künstler mit der Geduld eines Handwerkers und der Fantasie einer Erzählerin betrachtet.
Dieses Aufeinandertreffen von Schwerkraft und Transparenz erzeugt eine eigene, fast organische Sprache: Das Licht spielt nicht mehr die Rolle einer Beleuchtung, sondern eines Rohmaterials, ein lebendiges Phänomen, das die Formen durchdringt, gestaltet und verändert.

This exhibition brings together an unprecedented set of blown glass and bronze pieces, two materials that the artist approaches with the patience of a craftsman and the imagination of a storyteller.
This face-to-face between gravity and transparency produces a clean, almost organic language: light no longer plays the role of an illumination, but that of a raw material, a living phenomenon that passes through, shapes and modifies forms.

Le musée Mandet consacre son exposition 2026 à Émilie Lemardeley, artiste et designer dont l’œuvre se situe à la frontière du visible et du vibratoire.
Cette exposition réunit un ensemble inédit de pièces en verre soufflé et bronze, deux matériaux que l’artiste approche avec la patience d’un artisan et l’imaginaire d’une conteuse.
Ce face-à face entre pesanteur et transparence produit un langage propre, presque organique : la lumière n’y joue plus le rôle d’un éclairage, mais celui d’une matière première, un phénomène vivant qui traverse, façonne et modifie les formes.
