Workshop proposed by Charlie Braesch, nature guide and trainer in ethnobotany.
The vast open spaces of the Sauvage, shaped by centuries of pastoralism, are home to remarkable biodiversity and tell the story of close links between herds, humans and life.
During the walk, we will learn to read the landscape, understand how these environments were built, observe some emblematic plant species and rediscover the uses of wild plants that thrive there. Because a landscape can also be discovered with the senses, we will conclude the outing with a tasting of preparations made from wild plants. An immersion in the landscapes of altitude, where nature, history and taste meet... An invitation to look at the landscape differently, and perhaps even keep some flavor.
Walking, without difficulty (mandatory walking shoes).
Duration: 2h - free
Maximum of 25 people per guided tour (PMR access with reservation of a joëlette possible at the time of registration).
