Entdecken Sie eine Ausstellung, die den Künstlern aus den Sammlungen der Fondation Renaud gewidmet ist. Zwischen Abstammungen, Einflüssen und Übertragungen, aber auch autodidaktischen Parcours erforscht die Ausstellung die Vielfalt der Wege, die ein künstlerisches Schaffen formen.
Wie lernen Künstler, kreativ zu sein? Wie werden Wissen, Einflüsse und künstlerische Praktiken weitergegeben? Und was ist mit den Künstlern, die sich außerhalb der akademischen Laufbahn für eine eigene Erfindung entscheiden?
Durch eine Auswahl von Werken aus den Sammlungen der Fondation Renaud erforscht die Ausstellung verschiedene künstlerische Wege und die Verbindungen, die sich zwischen den Generationen knüpfen.
Im Raum Tony Garnier und in mehreren Kasematten des Forts von Vaise stehen die Werke ikonischer Meister aus den Sammlungen im Dialog mit denen ihrer Schüler und enthüllen die Verbindungen, Einflüsse und Übertragungen, die das künstlerische Schaffen im Laufe der Zeit genährt haben.
Parallel dazu eröffnet ein Lehrgang, der sich den autodidaktischen Künstlern widmet, eine Reflexion über andere Wege zur Schaffung und zum Aufbau einer eigenen künstlerischen Sprache außerhalb des traditionellen Rahmens des Unterrichts. Zwischen akademischer Ausbildung und persönlichem Lernen zeigt die Ausstellung den Reichtum und die Vielfalt der kreativen Wege.

Discover a display dedicated to the artists of the collections of the Renaud Foundation. Between filiations, influences and transmissions, but also self-taught paths, the exhibition explores the diversity of paths that shape an artistic creation.
How do artists learn to create? How are artistic knowledge, influences and practices transmitted? And what happens to the artists who choose to invent themselves outside academic paths?
Through a selection of works from the collections of the Renaud Foundation, the exhibition explores different artistic trajectories and the links that are forged between generations.
In the Tony Garnier space and several casemates of the Fort de Vaise, the works of emblematic masters from the collections dialogue with those of their students, revealing the lineages, influences and transmissions that have nourished artistic creation over time.
At the same time, a course devoted to self-taught artists opens up a reflection on other ways of creating and building one’s own artistic language, outside the traditional frameworks of education. Between academic training and personal learning, the exhibition thus testifies to the richness and diversity of creative paths.

Attraverso una selezione di opere provenienti dalle collezioni della Fondation Renaud, la mostra esplora diverse traiettorie artistiche e i legami che si intrecciano tra le generazioni.
Nello spazio Tony Garnier e in diverse casematte del Forte di Vaise, le opere dei maestri emblematici delle collezioni dialogano con quelle dei loro allievi, rivelando le filiazioni, le influenze e le trasmissioni che hanno alimentato la creazione artistica nel tempo.
In parallelo, un percorso dedicato agli artisti autodidatti apre una riflessione su altri modi di creare e costruire il proprio linguaggio artistico, al di fuori dei quadri tradizionali dell'insegnamento. Tra formazione accademica e apprendimento personale, l'esposizione testimonia la ricchezza e la diversità dei percorsi della creazione.

Comment les artistes apprennent-ils à créer ? Comment se transmettent les savoirs, les influences et les pratiques artistiques ? Et que deviennent les artistes qui choisissent de s’inventer en dehors des parcours académiques ?
À travers une sélection d’œuvres issues des collections de la Fondation Renaud, l’exposition explore différentes trajectoires artistiques et les liens qui se tissent entre générations.
Dans l’espace Tony Garnier et plusieurs casemates du Fort de Vaise, les œuvres de maîtres emblématiques des collections dialoguent avec celles de leurs élèves, révélant les filiations, influences et transmissions qui ont nourri la création artistique au fil du temps.
