An incunabulum is a book printed in Europe before January 1st, 1501. The first listed incunabulum is a work taken(brought) out of the press of Mainz, the famous Bible to forty-two lines printed by Johannes Gutenberg and his(her) partners in 1454.
A quarter of century later, in Venice, a top - slogged Nicolas Jenson was qualified as prince of typographers and managed one of the most important printings of Europe.
How did he(it) arrive there and which was its work? It is the question in which this exhibition(exposure) tries to answer by presenting manuscript at once of medieval and of publishing(editions) of the end of XVÈ century, kept(preserved) in langroises libraries(bookcases).
Exhibition(Exposure) from 15 till 22 September 2018.

Dated the first third(third party) of the XIIIth century, the cloister of the cathedral had amputated two of its wings by quarrymen in Revolution. Having changed destination several times, he welcomed a primary school until 1980\. Further to important works of restoration(catering), the library(bookcase) Marcel-Arland settled down there in 1987.
