Important religious building, archetype of Norman architecture in the Middle Ages. The 12th century Romanesque nave suggests the transition to the early Gothic. The Gothic chieur houses a remarkable Baroque altarpiece. Its powerful bell tower/ porch is surmounted by an arrow and culminates at 67 meters. The stained glass windows are of JJ. Graber master glassmaker of Nancy.
The church was the place of worship of the canons treasurers of the cathedral of Bayeux of which it reproduces many arcitectural and decorative motifs.
