Founded in 1910 by Eugène Graindorge, manufacturer and refiner of Livarot, Fromagerie E. Graindorge is a company located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge.
The Village Fromager offers a unique visit to the E. Graindorge cheese factory: through a corridor of glass galleries, the visitor discovers the stages of the manufacture of the Livarot and the Pont l'Evêque d'Appellation d'Origine Protégée of Normandy. A fun and interactive tour punctuated by films, panels and games.
