The Médiathèque Le Phénix is a friendly, free and accessible living space (PMR) for all. It is a service of the Town Hall of Colombelles.

a smiling and competent team of more than 32,000 documents, in open access and borrowing 800 m² distributed in several spaces: a youth area, an adult area, a press café area, an area Easy to read a EPN (Digital Public Space) with computer tools at your disposal, a zen terrace, a performance room that can accommodate 60 people.
