Im Herzen des Eisenbahnviertels am Bahnhof Saint-Jean, Besichtigung und Besprechung eines Bordelais-Kaufhauses, das 2018 renoviert und für ein zeitgemäßes Familienleben modernisiert wurde.
Der heutige Stall verbindet zwei angrenzende Stände und grenzt an eine Idee einer inneren Straße, die den traditionellen Verteilungskorridor ersetzt. Offene Bände und spielerische Brücken. Innovative technische und thermische Leistungen. Außergewöhnliche Doppelparzelle in städtischer Umgebung (500 m 2), die sich am Garten und im Inselkern fortsetzt, mit seinen Überresten eines engen Nachbarschaftslebens (Brunnen, Tore, Lebensmittellager). Die Idee des Chemiemachers zeichnet sich ab - eine eigene Welt.

In the heart of the train station district, a tour-conference of a Bordeaux stall renovated in 2018 and modernized for contemporary family life.
Today’s shop connects two adjacent shops, bordering an idea of an interior street that replaces the traditional distributive corridor. Open volumes and playful gateways. Innovative technical and thermal performance. Exceptional double plot in an urban environment (500 m 2) that continues on the garden side and at the heart of the island, with its legacies from a narrow neighborhood life (wells, gates, food garden). The idea of the market gardener railway is emerging—a world apart.

Nel cuore del quartiere ferroviario della stazione Saint-Jean, visita-conferenza di un negozio bordelese ristrutturato nel 2018 e modernizzato per una vita familiare contemporanea.
Il padiglione di oggi collega due padiglioni adiacenti, costeggiando un'idea di strada interna che sostituisce il tradizionale corridoio distributivo. Volumi aperti e passerelle ludiche. Prestazioni tecniche e termiche innovative. Lotto doppio eccezionale in ambiente urbano (500 m 2) che prosegue sul lato giardino e nel cuore dell'isolotto, con i suoi resti di una vita stretta di vicinato (pozzo, portoni, vivaio). L'idea del giardiniere si profila - un mondo a parte.

Au cœur du quartier cheminot de la gare Saint-Jean, visite-conférence d'une échoppe bordelaise réhabilitée en 2018 et modernisée pour une vie familiale contemporaine.
L'échoppe d'aujourd'hui relie deux échoppes mitoyennes, bordant une idée de rue intérieure qui remplace le couloir distributif traditionnel. Volumes ouverts et passerelles ludiques. Performances techniques et thermiques innovantes. Double parcellaire exceptionnel en milieu urbain (500 m²) qui se poursuit côté jardin et cœur d'îlot, avec ses héritages d'une vie étroite de voisinage (puits, portillons, jardin vivrier). L'idée du cheminot-maraîcher se profile — un monde à part.

En el corazón del barrio ferroviario de la estación Saint-Jean, visita-conferencia de una tienda de Burdeos rehabilitada en 2018 y modernizada para una vida familiar contemporánea.
El local de hoy conecta dos locales adyacentes, bordeando una idea de calle interior que sustituye al tradicional pasillo distributivo. Volúmenes abiertos y pasarelas lúdicas. Prestaciones técnicas y térmicas innovadoras. Parcela doble excepcional en el medio urbano (500 m 2) que se extiende por el jardín y el corazón de la isla, con sus herencias de una vida vecinal estrecha (pozo, puertas, jardín de alimentos). Se perfila la idea del maquinista-maraîcher - un mundo aparte.
