E - Experiment •
In der Fotografie schreitet das Experiment ohne Gewissheit voran. Sie lenkt die Gewohnheiten ab, erforscht den Unfall, mischt die Medien. Sie testet, manchmal scheitert sie. Sie stellt die Regeln auf den Kopf, erforscht andere Arten zu tun und zu sehen. Hier ist das Bild kein Ziel, sondern ein Versuchsfeld, auf dem neue Formen und unerwartete Freiheiten entstehen.

Gegründet im Jahr 2017, a ppr oc he ist eine Kunst- und Bildmesse in Paris, die sich dem fotografischen Experimentieren und der Erweiterung der visuellen Praktiken widmet. Es präsentiert eine Reihe von Solo-Shows, in denen Künstler und Galerien innovative Formen des Mediums jenseits des traditionellen Rahmens erkunden, indem sie Fotografie, Installation und hybride Techniken in kuratierter Programmierung vereinen. Gegründet im Jahr 2023, als Fortsetzung der Messe in Ppr oc he, stellt unRepresented die nicht in der Galerie vertretenen Künstler ins Rampenlicht.
Das Wörterbuch wird kostenlos an alle Mitgliedsfestivals des LUX-Netzwerks verteilt.

E - Experimentation •
In photography, experimentation advances without certainty. She diverts uses, explores the accident, mixes mediums. She tests, she sometimes fails. She shakes up the rules, explores other ways of doing and seeing things. Here, the image is not a goal but a testing ground, where new forms and unexpected freedoms are born.
a ppr oc he •
Founded in 2017, ppr oc he is an art and image fair in Paris dedicated to photographic experimentation and the expansion of visual practices. It presents a series of solo shows where artists and galleries explore innovative forms of the medium beyond the traditional framework, mixing photography, installation and hybrid techniques in a curated program. Founded in 2023, as a continuation of the salon a ppr oc he, unRepresented gives pride of place to artists not represented in galleries.
The dictionary will be distributed free of charge in all LUX Network member festivals.

E - Sperimentazione
Nella fotografia, l'esperimento procede senza alcuna certezza. Lei distoglie gli usi, esplora l'incidente, mescola i mezzi. Prova, a volte fallisce. Lei stravolge le regole, esplora altri modi di fare e vedere. Qui l'immagine non è un fine ma un terreno di prova, dove nascono forme nuove e libertà inaspettate.

Fondato nel 2017, a ppr oc he è un salone d'arte e di immagine a Parigi dedicato alla sperimentazione fotografica e all'ampliamento delle pratiche visive. Presenta una serie di mostre personali in cui artisti e gallerie esplorano forme innovative del medium oltre la cornice tradizionale, mescolando fotografia, installazione e tecniche ibride in una programmazione curata. Fondato nel 2023, come continuazione del salone a ppr oc he, unRepresented dà grande importanza agli artisti non rappresentati in galleria.
Il dizionario sarà distribuito gratuitamente in tutti i festival membri della rete LUX.

En photographie, l’expérimentation avance sans certitude. Elle détourne les usages, explore l’accident, mélange les médiums. Elle teste, elle échoue parfois. Elle bouscule les règles, explore d’autres façons de faire et de voir. Ici, l’image n’est pas un but mais un terrain d’essais, où naissent formes nouvelles et libertés inattendues.

Fondé en 2023, dans la continuité du salon a ppr oc he, unRepresented fait la part belle aux artistes non représenté·es en galerie.
