DANA COJBUC EXHIBITION
at the Center for Photography of the Château de l'Hom in Gaillac (Tarn)
From September 26 to October 18, 2026, the exhibition of photographer Dana Cojbuc will take place, which is
born in 1979 in Romania. Graduated from the Fine Arts School of Bucharest, she now lives in Paris and
enjoys a certain notoriety in France and increasingly abroad.
After developing a purely photographic work for several years, she has
made a singular and sensitive transition to drawing. From her own prints, she
redefines the limits of shooting and reinvents the subject through drawing.
Dana Cojbuc likes to work in series, but as she expresses it ... lately I like
mixing them, I remain each time in the experimentation of the landscape.”
The Centre for Photography will exhibit her work in black and white at Gaillac, and it is planned that she
intervenes in situ on one of his images.
Some of the prints will be made at the Centre for Photography, which is equipped with two printers.
