The association Erquy en Bulles is organizing on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2020, the first edition of the B. D. Festival in Erquy.
The association’s mission is to develop and promote comic strips and cartoons. All themes can be declined in the form of a drawing.
On our Breton lands the legends in which fairies, korrigans and other imaginary characters are well known. The heroes of history, adventurous sailors, political satire are recurring themes but all topics can be approached in drawing.
18 authors will be present and will dedicate their albums to you. Screenwriters, colourists and editors, essential characters, will tell you about their role in creation.
Admission €3 for those over 15, the admission ticket entitles to a €2 discount on any purchase of a new comic book of more than €10 on the show.
At the same time, the exhibition Le Monde de la BD will be on display at the Bernard Nonnet Municipal Gallery from Wednesday 14 to Tuesday 20 October 2020. Admission is free. Children will be able to drop off a shell that they have decorated before. A prize will be awarded to the most beautiful shell.
