Full tour of Oscar Niemeyer’s Balbynian work
Discover the Seine-Saint-Denis Department Labour Exchange, one of Oscar Niemeyer’s rare French works. This great Brazilian architect is the author of the headquarters of the French Communist Party, Place du Colonel Fabien in Paris, but also of the major buildings of Brasilia, and co-author of the UN headquarters in New York.
