The garden is of the "vegetable garden" type.
The 20 acres are composed of several parts: a small orchard, a henhouse, aromatic squares, a small greenhouse, the vegetable garden also in several vegetable gardens, a red fruit corner, a forest vegetable garden, garden arches, several flower corners also including edibles and a large terrace of plants called indoor that I would make available for the weekend. Some plant curiosities are also to be discovered: blush rainbow, Chinese mustard, plants with the taste of oysters or cheese, chewing-gum plant, sagebrush cola etc. I give much preference to nourishing plants, I do not use chemical fertilizers or other phytosanitary products. I use the compost made with the waste from the garden and the henhouse.
