LA COLLECTION «LA BD EN CLASSE!»: QUAND LA BANDE DESSINÉE ARRIVE EN CLASSE
Because comic books can play a major role in the arts and cultural education of children and are a fully-fledged pedagogical support, the SNE Comic Strip Group is committed to a stronger integration of comic books into school curricula. After dedicating a study on the place of comic books at school and while 2020 will be the year of comic books in France, he launches a new collection, «Comic books in class»A teaching dossier and a pupil’s notebook designed for all school professionals: educators, assistants, documentalists and teachers.
These Cycle 3 publications (CM1, CM2, 6e) bring together educational resources and excerpts from comic books – Franco-Belgian, international, manga – to articulate the pleasure of reading with the discovery of graphic literary works. Their design brought together book and mediation professionals, and the writing of the dossier was entrusted to school teachers and teacher trainers.
Each year a new theme will be proposed in connection with school curricula.
