Europe Day
The Europe Day will take place in the gardens of the Saracen tower of the medieval city(estate) of Conflans.
Ten stands(pits) will be divided around a musical stage(scene) assured(insured) by music festival Confluences. These stands(pits) will expose(explain) photos on the heritage newly restored by the medieval city(estate), that of the Savoy by Facim and Sarto portico Albertville Ugine, but also by the presence of the ecomuseum of Grésy on Isère. The association " Polonez " of Ugine will expose(explain) traditions (suits(costumes)) of Poland.
The stand(pit) of the House of Europe will put in free arrangement(disposal) of total outlays to those who would like to visit the museum of Conflans, and will propose numerous updated documents on the European Union. A tombola will be thrown(launched) with as prizes(lots) to gain(win) of places(squares) for cultural events (cinema, theatre, paintings(paints), etc...)
"Citizen's consultations" will also begin for which the House of Europe of Albertville and of Savoy received the label of the Ministry of European Affairs.
Another stand(pit) will allow to distribute the tourist plaques of the different European countries.
VoCE association chambérienne will propose its project "Voices(Votes) and Paths(Ways) of Europe" leaning on the commemoration of the Great War, citizens of 7 European countries find themselves, for year 2014, in an artistic practice (choral singing, dance) to look into the future across culture and friendship.
Finally twinning Albertville Winnenden and Afape (German French actors for Europe) will supplement presences.
The price(prize) of the House of Europe of Albertville and of Savoy will be put back(handed) at 4 pm, to 15 pupils of 5th of the middle school Jean Moulin d' Albertville for their result(profit) in the regional Quiz Europe organised by Afape. Price(Prize) will be the visit of CERN and of UNO in Geneva on June 22nd.
Event will be livened up(led) as every year by Radio Height and place setting by journalistic medias; Dauphiné Libéré and The Savoy
