Dans le cadre des semaines de la gastronomie, venez rencontrer Nicolas Ricat, œnologue français amateur et spécialiste du vin, pour une discussion autour de ce thème.

Il abordera notamment les sujets de la viticulture et de la biodynamie, et vous expliquera comment une révolution mondiale du vin est en train de s’opérer, vers un retour à l’artisanat viticole. Il répondra également à toutes vos questions sur le monde du vin.

La rencontre aura lieu à l’Institut Français mercredi 27 mars à 17h.

In the framework of the French culinary weeks, come and meet Nicolas Ricat, French oenologist amateur and wine specialist, for a discussion about this theme.

He will address the topics of viticulture and biodynamic agriculture, and will explain how a global wine revolution is proceeding toward a return to an artisanal winegrowing. He will also answer all your questions about wine.
