Water cascades from the monumental work of Niki de Saint-Phalle and streams from the water tops of Ilana Isehayek. She marries the Vosges ridges evoked by Sylvie de Meurville’s installation and sparks the steel spheres of Pol Bury. Clément Borderie’s pirate ring freezes or thaws over the seasons and is grafted into the building. Lorella Abenavolli presents a minimalist cube where water flows into a perfect flat surface. In the large basin From Here to there by Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, the water reflects the movement of clouds before being sent across the Pacific through an imaginary tunnel. Concerned about environmental issues, Rachael Louise Bailey designed a large sphere of inner tubes, which visually responds to the vortex of Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil’s neighbouring basin.
