In order to raise the awareness of the public, including the youngest, in the decolonial process undertaken by the MEG, we propose to rediscover the history of anonymous heroes who suffered from slavery and how they tried to free themselves from it.Let's go with the first black samurai, who left his slave status to become a samurai in Japan. After observing the armors and objects of the Japanese collection, let's discover the story of Yasuke who was born without a name before fulfilling his destiny in Japan. The visit en
ds by listening to the sounds of Japan.

Places are limited and booking is obligatory from Monday to Friday by email to publics.meg@ville-ge.ch, specifying your name, first name, telephone number and the number of people accompanying you.
