Guided tours of the Minerallium

An immersive scientific exhibition, the Minerallium offers a unique experience to discover minerals, from the origins of life on Earth to their use for sustainable agriculture.

For the 39th edition of the European Heritage Days, the Minerallium will exceptionally open its doors to the general public on the weekend of 17 and 18 September 2022.
Educational exhibition on the essential role of minerals for living organisms, the Minerallium allows to better understand the place of minerals in plant, animal and therefore human nutrition and more particularly in the face of the challenges of tomorrow’s agriculture.
Its part «exhibition» distributed over a space of 1,400 m2 was designed in collaboration with the National Museum of Natural History and offers an immersion experience in the depths of the Earth to discover or rediscover the essential role of minerals in each stage of life.
Its three spaces are equipped with a hundred samples (meteorites, minerals, rocks, fossils) and many interactive animations that make the Minerallium a unique visual and sound journey in France.
? Departures from guided tours on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September at 9:30am – 11:30am – 2:30pm – 4:30pm. Allow_ about 1:30am to visit_? Registration required via weezenvent. A confirmation of registration will be sent to you by email. ? Group of 12 people per slot. We recommend visiting children from 10 years old.
