Pesto

Pesto ist die Musik einer mediterranen Insel, zwischen Wedding und Hansaviertel.

Zutaten:
200g Hanfblätter oder Basilikum
7el Olivienöl
2 Zehen Knoblauch
1 grüne Paprikaschote,
10 Wallnusskerne
Priese Piment und Salz

Alle Zutaten in den Mixer geben und kräftig zermatschen.

Pesto is the music of a Mediterranean island, between Wedding and Hansaviertel.

Ingredients:
200g hemp leaves or basil
7el olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
10 walnut kernels
Pinch of allspice and salt.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind vigorously.
