Visit of the manufacturing workshop opened in 1942 by the Lorenzi family, which set up its first boutique-workshop of molding statuary in Paris rue Racine.
Rodin, Rainer, Maria Rilke, Klein, Dalí and many others have turned to his expertise.

At the end of the Franco-Prussian war of 1871, Michel Lorenzi came from Lucca in Tuscany, while the Parisians were particularly thirsty for embellishment and beauty, he founded his boutique moulding workshop in Paris rue Racine. The Rue Racine shop was soon no longer enough, the Lorenzi opened a second boulevard du Montparnasse, then a manufacturing workshop at 60 avenue Laplace in Arcueil in 1942\. Rodin, Rainer Maria Rilke, the Giacometti, Klein, Dalí have used the Lorenzi know-how and are part of the heritage of our Atelier, in which we always publish facsimiles of great works of world statuary.”
