Anlässlich der Feierlichkeiten zum 900-jährigen Bestehen der Abtei bieten die Eigentümerfamilie und die Vereinigung der Freunde einen Morgen voller Studien und dann Gourmetgenuss an. Nach der Führung wird eine kommentierte Weinprobe mit spanischen Kirchenweinen angeboten. Geführt von Rosita und Aurelia, wandern Sie vom monumentalen Portal zur alten Kapelle und dann zum Ehrenhof und entdecken die überraschende Geschichte von Septfontaines, von seiner Gründung im 12. Jahrhundert bis heute. José Luis führt Sie dann in die Länder des spanischen Levante und zeigt Ihnen die spannende Welt der spanischen Kirchenweine (Süßweine). Der Vormittag endet mit einem geselligen Moment rund um die Gemeinschaftsbar, wo eine Mahlzeit angeboten wird, bei der lokale Produkte gewürdigt werden.

On the occasion of the celebrations of the 900th anniversary of the abbey, the owner family and the association of Friends offer you a studious morning, then gourmet. The guided tour of the place will be followed by a commented tasting of Spanish church wines. Led by Rosita and Aurelia, you will walk from the monumental portal to the old chapel, then towards the courtyard of honor, and discover the surprising history of Septfontaines, from its creation in the 12th century to the present day. José Luis will then take you on a journey to the lands of the Spanish Levant and introduce you to the fascinating universe of Spanish church wines (sweet wines). The morning will end with a convivial moment around the associative bar, where a meal package highlighting local products will be offered.

In occasione delle celebrazioni dei 900 anni dell'abbazia, la famiglia proprietaria e l'associazione degli Amici vi propongono una mattinata studiosa e poi golosa. La visita guidata del sito sarà seguita da una degustazione commentata di vini spagnoli della chiesa. Guidati da Rosita e Aurelia, camminate dal portale monumentale alla vecchia cappella, poi verso il cortile d'onore, e scoprite la sorprendente storia di Septfontaines, dalla sua creazione nel XII secolo ai giorni nostri. José Luis vi farà viaggiare verso le terre del Levante spagnolo e vi presenterà l'emozionante universo dei vini di chiesa spagnoli (vini dolci). La mattinata si chiuderà con un momento conviviale attorno al bar associativo, dove sarà proposta una formula di pasto che mette in risalto i prodotti locali.

À l’occasion des célébrations des 900 ans de l’abbaye, la famille propriétaire et l’association des Amis vous proposent une matinée studieuse, puis gourmande. La visite guidée des lieux sera suivie d’une dégustation commentée de vins d’église espagnols. Emmenés par Rosita et Aurelia, vous cheminerez du portail monumental à l’ancienne chapelle, puis vers la cour d’honneur, et découvrirez l’histoire surprenante de Septfontaines, de sa création au XIIᵉ siècle à nos jours. José Luis vous fera ensuite voyager vers les terres du Levant espagnol et vous présentera l’univers passionnant des vins d’église espagnols (vins doux). La matinée se clôturera par un moment convivial autour de la buvette associative, où une formule repas mettant à l’honneur les produits locaux sera proposée.

Con motivo de las celebraciones de los 900 años de la abadía, la familia propietaria y la asociación de los Amigos le proponen una mañana estudiosa y luego gourmande. La visita guiada por los locales será seguida de una cata comentada de vinos de iglesia españoles. Guiado por Rosita y Aurelia, caminarás desde el portal monumental hasta la antigua capilla, luego hacia el patio de honor, y descubrirás la sorprendente historia de Septfontaines, desde su creación en el siglo XII hasta nuestros días. José Luis le hará viajar a las tierras del Levante español y le presentará el apasionante universo de los vinos de iglesia españoles (vinos dulces). La mañana se cerrará con un momento de convivencia en torno a la cafetería asociativa, donde se ofrecerá una fórmula gastronómica que haga honor a los productos locales.
