Die gesamte Arbeit zur Identifizierung der Leinwand, ihre Zugehörigkeit zum Museumsbestand, ihr Thema, ihr Jahrhundert, ihre geographische Herkunft und ihren Autor werden detailliert beschrieben. Wir werden den gesamten Prozess zurückverfolgen, der uns heute erlaubt, ihn dem Maler aus Mantua Giuseppe Bazzani (1690-1769) zuzuschreiben. Wir schließen mit einem Hinweis auf die Restaurierung, die durchgeführt wurde, um das Gemälde der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren.

What does one do without information about a work?
All the work of identification of the painting, its belonging to the museum’s collection, its subject, its century, its geographical origin and its author, will be detailed. We will trace the entire process that allows us today to attribute it to the painter of Mantua Giuseppe Bazzani (1690-1769). We will conclude by mentioning the restoration carried out in order to be able to present the painting to the public.
