Die im 13. Jahrhundert von Gui II de Dampierre gegründete Stadt weist noch heute Spuren der Besetzung aus der Antike und der merowingischen Zeit auf.
Die Tour wird symbolträchtige Werke wie die von Hector Guimard oder die Wallace-Brunnen in den Vordergrund rücken. Die Besucher können die ikonischen Gärten der Subpräfektur entdecken und sich auch an die modernen Hallen und die architektonische Entwicklung der Stadt erinnern.

Founded in the 13th century by Gui II de Dampierre, the city has preserved traces of occupation since Antiquity and the Merovingian period.
The visit will highlight emblematic works, such as those of Hector Guimard or the Wallace fountains. It will allow visitors to discover the emblematic gardens of the Sub-Prefecture, and will also evoke the modern halls and the architectural evolution of the city.
