European Dinner

A diner will be organized by the Network of European Royal Residences on 8th October at the Palace of Versailles. In order to celebrate the European gastronomy, this diner will gather starred chiefs working in royal residences around a European meal, inspired by historical menus. Combining old culinary traditions with recent innovations, mixing European habits and techniques, this diner will pay tribute to European "Haute Cuisine", which is recognized as one of the best in the world.
